This document sets forth the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer governing the use of the General Solutions Club application (“the Platform”). By registering or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein.
1. Purpose
General Solutions Club is a digital platform created to help professionals in the construction industry promote their services. The Platform acts solely as a catalog of contacts, providing visibility for service providers.
All interactions, negotiations, contracts, or relationships established between users are the sole responsibility of the users themselves. General Solutions Club does not participate in, guarantee, or mediate any agreements or services.
2. User Registration
- Registration is free and may be completed by both clients and service providers.
- Users must provide accurate and updated information.
- Each user is solely responsible for the information provided.
3. User Responsibilities
- The Platform is not responsible for unsolicited or inappropriate contacts that may occur outside its environment.
- Any negotiation, agreement, service delivery, or payment is the exclusive responsibility of the users involved.
- Users must act in good faith, respecting applicable laws and the rights of other users.
4. Account Deactivation and Removal
Users may request deactivation of their account at any time by sending an email to privacy@generalsolutionsclub.com.
- Deactivation requests will be processed within 10 business days.
- General Solutions Club reserves the right to remove or deactivate any account at any time and without prior notice, whenever deemed necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the Platform.
5. Data Use and Privacy
- Personal data collected during registration is used exclusively for the operation of the Platform.
- Only professional contact information voluntarily provided by the user will be publicly displayed, such as: name, contact phone number, professional email, city, service radius, service description, and portfolio of work.
- Private registration data (e.g., login credentials, passwords, access logs, or billing information) will not be publicly displayed.
- By publishing their services, users expressly authorize the public display of their professional contact information on the Platform.
- General Solutions Club shall not be held liable for third-party actions related to the use of such information, including unsolicited contacts, abusive behavior, or actions outside the intended purpose of the Platform.

6. User Conduct
Service Providers must:
- Fulfill agreements made with clients.
- Comply with safety standards and applicable laws.
- Avoid abusive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and clear information about the services requested.
- Respect agreements made with providers.
- Evaluate services in a fair and honest manner.
7. Limitation of Liability
General Solutions Club is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or execution of any services offered by users. The Platform serves solely as a digital listing space, with no guarantee or endorsement of services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, General Solutions Club disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users.
8. Eligibility
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By registering, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Beta Version, Service Radius, Updates, and Paid Features
- The Platform is currently in beta version, under continuous improvement and subject to technical changes.
- Service providers listed on the Platform generally operate within a radius of approximately 30 km, which may be expanded or reduced at the sole discretion of General Solutions Club.
- The Platform will undergo constant updates and adjustments.
- These Terms may be modified at any time. Whenever updates occur, users will be notified by being required to accept the revised Terms upon their next login.
- At any time, General Solutions Club may introduce paid tools or features, available to users who wish to access exclusive services or resources within the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer above. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
